• Purchases first land for development in Waco, Texas, which becomes Becker Addition student homes
• Purchases land for development in Waco, Texas, which becomes Stephanie Addition student housing

2004
• Purchases land for development in Waco, Texas, which becomes Huntley Addition upscale student homes

2006
• Purchases land for development in Waco, Texas, and begins development on Oxford Park student housing
